Although Debbie Alexander, the owner of Peabody's Café, didn't dream up the name of her restaurant, she still feels an affinity with the monikier. "The name came from the Peabody Hotel in Memphis and was the name of the restaurant when I bought it back in 1994," she says. "Peabody is also a big name where I’m from in Massachusetts.
