While most of the nation gears up in freezing cold temperatures to watch the Super Bowl XLVIII...visitors in Palm Springs have the luxury of experiencing the Super Bowl in a whole different light. No matter what team you may support, the abundance of sun, crystal clear skies, and warm temperatures will give fans an experience different from the rest of the nation. Watch the game at a variety of indoor and outdoor venues to cheer on your favorite team.

Next on our list of places to watch the Super Bowl in Palm Springs is  Azul Tapas Lounge and Patio. This staple venue on Palm Canyon Drive will air the game on every TV in the property, including a wide screen projector for maximal viewing of the game. Happy hour will also be in effect throughout the day with beer starting at $3.50 and well drinks averaging around $4.00. Village Pub

In downtown, the popular bar & restaurant, The Village Pub, has 38 TVs and happy hour specials starting at 10:00 a.m. For those of you who like to do the Super Bowl the gay way, stop by Hunters Palm Springs  for a nice cocktail as they open their back bar for the Super Bowl. There will also be snacks and a BBQ so be sure to come with an appetite.

Pizza is always a favorite for football games. Giuseppe's Pizza & Pasta is the  go-to place for sporting events with big screen television over the bar.  Fans can take advantage of the game day special of 2 large pizzas with up to 4 toppings (hand tossed or Chicago style) served with 12 Wings for only $48.00. Dickie O'Neal's Irish PubFinally, if you really are a die-hard football fan… we definitely recommend  Super Bowl Sunday at Dickie O’Neal’s Irish Pub. This is an all-day, all you can eat and drink ticketed Superbowl event that definitely will give you a bang for your buck.
