OMG! Resale Therapy is Moving - But it's a Good Thing!
This just in – resale and consignment queen Caroldean Ross is moving her popular Resale Therapy boutique from the outskirts of Palm Springs into the heart of downtown! This makes it easier than ever to snag the fabulous finds from designers like Prada and St. John to no-name fun and funky apparel, shoes, handbags, jewelry and accessories – for women and men. The “new” Resale Therapy Palm Springs opens Feb. 23 at 441 S. Palm Canyon Drive. (It’s next to Chase Bank.) There’s ample parking in the back.
If you’re in Palm Springs this week – hot foot it into the “old” location (4109 E. Palm Canyon Drive) for discounts up to 80 percent. “I want to clear out as much as I can before the move, so I’m slashing prices,” Caroldean told me. She sure is – I bought a Michael Kors silk knit top for half price – that’s half of her resale price.
It gets even better. The amazing $20 Bag Sale – where you buy a brown paper grocery bag for $20 and get to keep as much as you stuff into it from the Bargain Basement back room – is Feb. 18 – 20. Don’t miss it!
And better…as if to coincide with Modernism Week (Feb. 16-26), Caroldean’s new Déjà Vu Vintage Finery boutique just opened at 664 North Palm Canyon Drive in the uptown arts district. Take a fashion trip down memory lane in this petite boutique – and look your vintage best for all the Modernism Week events. You’ll find gorgeous gowns, sheaths, tops, jackets, shoes and bags from the ‘50s, “my mother wore that;” ‘60s “remember when we wore these?” ‘70s and ‘80s. All top quality for both women and men.
